PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)

Regarding the sale of goods in the “Ukrainian Tactical Group” online store

This agreement constitutes an official and public offer by the Seller to enter into a contract of sale for the Goods presented on the website. The contract is public in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and has equal legal force for all Buyers.

1. Definition of Terms

  • Salesperson — Ukrainian Tactical Group (UTG), a licensed supplier of weapons, ammunition, and professional tactical gear.

  • Buyer — any natural or legal person with legal capacity who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and is placing an order.

  • Product — weapons, ammunition, tactical gear, and other items available in the Seller's product lineup.

  • Website — the Seller's official website.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. The Time of Conclusion of the Contract (Acceptance)

By clicking the “Place Order” or “Buy” button, or by confirming the order through a customer service representative, the Buyer unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer. From that moment on, the contract is considered concluded.

4. Special Conditions Regarding Licensed Goods

  • The sale of weapons and ammunition is conducted strictly in accordance with the current laws of Ukraine.

  • If the Product falls into a category that requires a special permit (licensed product), the Buyer is required to provide the Seller with the originals or duly certified copies of the relevant documents (purchase permits, etc.).

  • Unless the documents required by law are provided, the licensed Product will not be transferred to the Buyer, and the order will be canceled.

5. Ordering Process and Price

  • The customer places an order on the Website or by phone.

  • The price of the Product is listed on the Website and is fixed in hryvnia at the time the order is placed.

  • The seller has the right to unilaterally change prices, but not after the order has already been confirmed by the buyer.

6. Shipping and Payment

  • Payment methods (cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery) and shipping methods (in-store pickup, Nova Poshta, etc.) are described in detail in the relevant sections of the Website.

  • The transfer of licensed goods (weapons, ammunition) may be restricted to pickup only from licensed points of sale, in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law.

  • The Seller’s obligation to deliver the Goods is deemed fulfilled at the moment the Goods are handed over to the Buyer or to the carrier (delivery service).

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges of goods of acceptable and unacceptable quality are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights.”

  • Important: Ammunition, gunpowder, and certain other specific military or hunting goods of acceptable quality may not be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the provisions of current Ukrainian law.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The seller is required to: Deliver Goods that meet the specified specifications and quality standards.

  • The buyer is required to: Provide accurate information when placing an order, pay for and pick up the Goods on time, and provide any required permits or authorizations if required by law.

9. Liability of the Parties and Force Majeure

  • The parties shall be liable for failure to comply with the terms of the agreement in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper or unauthorized use of the Product.

  • The parties shall be exempt from liability for failure to perform their obligations in the event of force majeure, including hostilities, acts of government authorities, etc.

10. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer’s acceptance thereof and shall remain in effect until both Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
